Return & Refund Policy

At Arden & Co, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns  
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:
- Items must be unused  
- Items must be in original packaging  

Non-returnable items:  
- Final sale items  
- Personalized or custom products  

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges  
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping  
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
